Fitted empire waist bodice with scoop neck, 2.25" wide front waistband with piped edges and long semisheer ties, gently gathered skirt, sheer lace sleeves, narrow lace ruffles edging neckline and cuffs.

FABRIC/COLORS: Poly cotton blend in cream. The dress lining is medium weight and a little slick to the feel. The outer dress is lace. Waistband and ties are lightweight voile.
